Beginning Tuesday, January 20, 2026, Ruggles Social Club (Ruggles) will offer a NEW Queen of Hearts contest board.

 

The Queen of Hearts board consists of a total of 54 facedown cards, numbered 1 through 54.  This board consists of the regular 52 playing cards plus two Jokers.  The board will be displayed at Ruggles at all times so everyone will be able to see the card numbers still available and the cards that have already been drawn.  Ruggles will fund the contest to start at $25,000.  The jackpot will increase and accumulate once ticket sales have exceeded $25,000 until there is a winner.

 

TICKETS

1. Tickets will be available for sale daily through Tuesday at 8 p.m. at a cost of $1 each.

   The Club reserves the right to offer specials or promotions at any time. 

2. When submitting tickets, each ticket must contain:

   • First and last name

   • Cell phone number

   • Card number choice

3. Tickets purchased for contest entry shall only contain only one (1) name and one (1) telephone number on the ticket.  If a drawn ticket contains more than one name and telephone number, that ticket shall be considered null and void.

4. Tickets sales will recommence nightly at 8:30 pm.

5. There is NO carryover of tickets. When the Tuesday night drawing is completed, all tickets will be destroyed.  There will be a new set of tickets sold for the next drawing. This process will continue until a winner is determined.

 

WEEKLY DRAWING

1. The Queen of Hearts drawing will occur every Tuesday until a winner is determined.  The Club may postpone a scheduled drawing at its discretion due to special circumstances.

2. One ticket will be drawn each week at approximately 8:15 pm.  It is the player’s responsibility to have all tickets placed in the drum before the drawing.

3. Once a ticket has been selected for that week, the written card number will be revealed to determine if that person is a winner.  That card will be returned to the board displayed face up out of play.

4. Ruggles will make every effort to livestream ALL drawings. Interested persons may watch at Ruggles Blue – Cincinnati on Facebook.

5. The ticket holder whose ticket is pulled from the drum each Tuesday can win as follows:

   • If the Queen of Hearts is selected:

     • If present for the drawing, 100% of the jackpot.

     • If not present for the drawing, 50% of the jackpot.
All money NOT paid to the winner from the jackpot will carry over to fund the next contest.

   • If a Joker is selected:

     • If present for the drawing, 10% of the jackpot.

     • If not present for the drawing, 5% of the jackpot.

   • If no winning card is revealed, the ticket holder, present or not, will win a daily membership to be used for a future visit.

6. ​The jackpot winner will be paid in full by Ruggles within 5 business days of winning.  All money collected from ticket sales on the night the Queen is found will carry over to fund the next contest.​​

 

Ruggles shall be solely responsible for running this contest.  All decisions by Ruggles will be final, binding and non-negotiable.

Winners are responsible to pay ALL taxes associated with winning this contest.
