Beginning Thursday, January 1, 2026, Ruggles Social Club (Ruggles) will offer a NEW contest called the Joker's Wild.  The Joker’s Wild board consists of a total of 157 facedown cards, numbered 1 through 157.  This consists of three decks of playing cards, including 12 Aces, and one Joker card.

 

Ruggles will fund the contest to start at $25,000. The Grand Prize will increase and accumulate once ticket sales have exceeded $25,000 until there is a winner.  Ruggles will make every effort to announce the amount of daily ticket sales at the Club and through Ruggles Social Media pages

TICKETS

 

Tickets will be available for purchase every day until 8:00 p.m. as follows:

• $4.00 per ticket

• Ten (10) tickets for $30.00

• Ten (10) tickets for $20.00 when actively playing in a tournament or cash game

 

Tickets purchased for contest entry shall only contain only one (1) name and one (1) telephone number on the ticket.  If a drawn ticket contains more than one name and telephone number, that ticket shall be considered null and void.

 

Tickets sales will recommence nightly at 8:30 pm.

DRAWINGS

 

Ruggles will have a nightly drawing every Tuesday and Friday night at 8:15 pm.

                       

Only one (1) ticket will be drawn.  The written card number will be revealed to determine if that player is a winner.  It is the player’s responsibility to have all tickets placed in the drum before the drawing.

 

There is NO carryover of tickets.  Each night there is a drawing, all tickets from that drawing will be removed from the drum and destroyed. There will be a new set of tickets sold for the next drawing. This process will continue until a winner is determined.

 

Ruggles will livestream ALL Joker’s Wild drawings. Interested persons may watch at Ruggles Blue – Cincinnati.

 

Any person that owns any portion of Ruggles shall be deemed ineligible to purchase tickets or win any prize money in this contest. Persons that work at Ruggles on a part-time basis will be eligible to purchase tickets and win any prize money affiliated with this contest.

HOW TO WIN

 

The player whose ticket is pulled from the drum can win as follows:

 

Reveal the Joker

• If present for the drawing, win 90% of the Grand Prize.

• If NOT present, win 80% of the Grand Prize.

 

The Joker’s Wild Grand Prize winner will be paid in full by Ruggles within 5 business days of winning.  All money NOT paid to the winner from the Grand Prize will carry over to fund the next contest.

 

Reveal An Ace

• If the selected ticket reveals any ACE, that player will WIN $1,000 instantly.  Must not be present to win.

• If no winning card is revealed, the ticket holder will win a daily membership to be used for a future visit.  Must not be present to win.

 

If any card other than the Joker is revealed, the card will be returned to the board, displayed face-up, out of play.

 

 

Ruggles shall be solely responsible for running this contest.  All decisions by Ruggles will be final, binding and non-negotiable.

Winners are responsible to pay ALL taxes associated with winning this contest.
